I just finished installing my NYC Dashes kit. Overall it was easy to install. Here are the before/after shots.

The door shots include custom leather arm rests I purchased from aspendog on 300cforums.com

I think that's way too much wood in there. Keep the bigger pieces like the big one on the center console, get rid of the small ones like those on the steering wheel.

No offence, but I think the wood is very ugly compared to the metal look.

The pics really don't do it justice. When I originally saw pics of another car I planned on leave the center natural. The pictures looked like way too much wood. Several of my friends made the same comment. But, everyone changed their opinion when they saw it in person. I dry fitted the pieces and asked their opinion and each they changed their mind and suggested I install the whole kit.

I think that looks great. The leather & wood combo is a much warmer/luxury look than the steel/plastic. Good job!!!

I think it looks good, definitely gives a more luxury feel to the interior. Are those pieces real wood, or fake? Hopefully real.

here is another "TO EACH HIS OWN" as i was looking at the pictures i spoke aloud to my wife across the table saying that each picture made an exteme difference in the look.

i think it is a terrific look and that you have done a great job putting it all together!!!!

I like it also but I would have left off the trim on the vents, steering wheel and under the steering column, they are a bit much. But I do like the rest, it gives the interior a very rich, warm feeling.

Huge improvement I think!

Thats my one complaint about the 300C, the interior is much more stark than the luxury branded cars it competes with. I don't know about the peices on the center stack or the steering wheel, I'd have to see the kit installed without those to decide. The kit looks nice and high quality though.

Looks nice. I think it has a richer look overall but I also like the original look.:) Was the install difficult?

It was very easy, the pieces fit perfectly. You must be careful because it's hard to remove a piece once you've started to install it.

I paid extra when I ordered my 300c for the California Walnut door pulls and steering wheel. The dash is the matching wood kit.

i would say that a little is a nice touch but you put alot.

but hey if that is what you like, more power to ya as long as you keep it clean :xyxthumbs
