A friend of mine in Port St. Lucie, FL has a shop, and during the hurricane the roof got pretty messed up. He has a '72 Duster that was just recently painted 2-3 weeks ago and has never been waxed. The roof leaked big time, and got calcium/lime deposits all over. All of the aluminum stuff in his shop is corroded. The Duster's brand new paint is covered in this stuff...he said bug & tar remover wont do anything, but you can scrape it off with your fingernail. I'm in New Jersey so I'm not there to help him....any ideas on what can be used to remove this safely?
