Bye-bye winter!!

Well the last full day of winter ended here on the east coast about 9 minutes ago. The season will change to spring sometime tomorrow and the first full day of spring will be Tuesday. Now hopefully the weather will cooperate. We did have a nice warm streak the other week which gives me great hope for the spring.

To me spring means no more washing in the garge with QEW/Optimum NRW/DP 4-in-1, no more road salt to deal with, driving with the top down, washing the car every week, trying out all the detailing products I bought during the winter, and getting back on the golf course.

Memory of a sunny day:

Anyway, anyone in the snow belt feel free to chime in with your warm spring thoughts.

I agree- thank goodness for spring! Even though we didn't have a rough winter like the past it still is nice to know that winter is over. Now time to get the spring layers of waxes and sealants on the vehicles and I'll be good to go!

being a sufferer os s.a.d. i am VERY thankful for winter's end. we had a really easy winter but, snow and cold make me:( . i can't wait until i can winter in florida:yay . i am trying to convince my wife to get a second job so i can retire but tha tis going over like a fart in church.

im also glad winter is over..but its not truly over for me until the weather forecast says so. Its supposed to snow here tmrw and the next day:wall

winter may have been mild which is good but it is still to darn long!:boot
spring is close but around here we could still get some of that white stuff.
green would be a nice site and to be able to detail in the sun will be great.
no mo salt and white vehicles everywhere...:howdy BRING ON SPRING!

I'm a little hard pressed to believe that it is over when I wake up and the current temp is 30 and I am driving in seeing snow flurries.
It was in the stinking 60's in January, now that spring is here it's in the 30's-40's...:wall

The weather still cold here.Lucky we missed the 8" of snow we were suppose to get last week and it looks like we might not get the snow their calling for Tues,so no washing the car outside in the warm sun for me,and spring dosn't seem to be nowhere in sight.

The temps are supposed to be in the high 30's or low 40's here all week. The weather doesn't say spring just yet only the calendar does. Where's global warming when you need it? I'm going out side to empty out some spray cans into the atmosphere.:D

well, the snow is gone here in Ohio, but it's still friggen cold! it's hovering around freezing. Oh well, i've washed in 35* weather before... I just hope it doesn't snow so i can swap my GT rims back on :D

Winter is NOT over here in California. It is pouring down rain as i type this. It was sunny yesterday so much so in fact that i got a sunburn on top of my head pressure washing all the algae and moss off my driveway and entry way.

I expect many many details with pictures reported first thing monday morning. You northeners have a lot of catching up to do.

We/ I sure do have a lot of work to do but the temperatures need to work with us first. Still in the 30's here which doesn't make it fun to detail. The good weather is just around the corner hopefully.

We have usual Arkansas weather going on right now. That means that it will be sunny and hot one day and rainy and cold the next. It's almost impossible to get three days without rain and that makes it a pain trying to keep the car clean. I'm currently washing at least once a week if not more. I'm just hoping for some clear weather in the near future.
