What exactly goes into making a proffesional grade business plan?
I had a very good opportunity come up today. A 3 1/2 car "garage". 1 bay has a built in pressure washer, like you would find at your local self service wash. the other two bays are just to park vehicles in and then has a half bay to hold supplies and what not.
I was told to get a business plan together, and if the "state" is satisfied with the business plan...they will actually give me so much (not sure yet the exact amount) money to clean up this place, and get it presentable for business again.
It used to be a car wash about 5 years ago, but obviously went out of business. They are trying to rebuild and beautify the end of town it is on, which is why they are offering to actually just give me some money to fix it up and get a business going there.
I have already had quite a few people approach me about detailing their vehicles. And I typically detail 2 cars a weekend currently (could do more but I work during the week, and don't want to overdue it on the weekends). There is a very high demand, from what I can tell around here for vehicle detailing. I have been around long enough and did enough research to find out that we really only have 4 "proffesional" detailing place in my area.
I was told to get a "business plan" together to present, but am unclear as to what they are looking for?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
