My wife took me out to a nice restuarant for my Birthday yesterday. When I dropped off my truck with the valet, he asked if I wanted it detailed. How cool!

I declined because I'd miss all the fun of doing it myself but thought I'd pass along the idea. The Valet gets a percentage for any details he sales for this local shop. He said all the valets in the area doing the same. He said he sends 2 or 3 cars a week to the shop.

I don't know how comfortable I would be having that done while eating.

I'm going to presume that they will only be doing a wash and a vacuum considering the time restraints.

But if someone can get more business from it go for it.

I didn't ask specifically but I got the impression it was a pickup service.

As far as time goes - yea I guess that could be an issue but this is the type of place that generally takes a couple of hours for a meal.
