At my shop (NJ) i get those business card size magnets and slap your card on them, who couldnt use a magnet on the fridge, a 24 hour free advertisemnt. I went a step further and give people a 10 % discount on all products and services if they bring it back as a coupon, it works.

I just looked up business card magnets at Office Depot and they already come with an adhesive side. Just peel off the paper and place your card. Pack of 25 for $6.50

like gentle touch they are already pre-made to go, Staples Office Depot, etc.
