Probably too much detail/information. I struggle with the same thing...I want to actually explain the services (to help people understand why they need to pay for claying and polishing), but ultimately I think these things are better explained verbally. )
Ya I agree that there is to much infomation and verbally I could explain everything and as im leaving from the potienitaonal custumers house/work/business I could hand them that and say read over this and give us a call.
