Burnt Paint....

What can fix this problem? Is it something that can wet sanded out or what?

Post some pics if you can. Did this happen while using a rotary polisher?

Rotary...Burgandy Pad...



No pics...The customer said I burnt his paint...Which I dont think its burnt, I think its dried up wax/polish because I never leave it in one place for a certain time nor do I have it one a fast enough speed...

If it's caked on polish, try claying it off. If it's burned painted, you will see primer instead of paint, and nothing will fix it short of a repaint.
