Bumper detailing! HELP

Ok, my moms Tahoe got hit the other day. it didnt dent or anything. but the bumper is chrome AND PAINTED. I was able to buff the paint off of the bumper. But paint from the other car. BLACK. is still stained on the painted part of the bumper( WHITE) and it looks terrible. i have no idea how to get the paint off. I was thinking Clay Bar but i dont know if it will work.. Any Suggestions? Thanks

Scratch-X, SMR, DACP, #9, take your pick. Any of these should remove the rubbed on paint. I am not sure that clay will.

AHHH!! I HATE RAIN... spent 5 hours detailing the body of my truck on sunday.. woke up monday to rain storms.. My truck got dirtier than it has been in weeks! just from driving to school!
