buffing towel

What is the best out there?Can i use this to buff off Klass AIO,SG and poorboys ssr 2.5 and carnauba wax?
 
Is this considered a buffing towel?Will this scrath the paint when i quick detail or buff off anything?
 
I personally like to use different types/weaves of microfiber towels depending upon the task.

Polish removal - I like a densely woven towel with a medium pile
QDs - I like a very plush towel which doesn't saturate too quickly
Drying after washing - I like a waffle weave
LSP removal - I like very low pile and silky feeling towel
