Did any one ever buff out there leather seats with a buffer? Letting the leather conditioner dry then useing the buffer to buff out the seats JUST WONDERING

The reason I said that is because the directions say .............with a soft sponge apply conditioner to leather seat, wait till it drys to a haze and buff out with white dry towel.Whats the difference if you buff it out by hand or with a buffer on a slow speed?(of course with a buffing pad)

Buffing by hand is lets say... One orbit per min. So 60 OPM

Buffers run in the thousands.

I wouldn't recommend it. Its to harsh on the leather. You can't really "touch up" leather if you make a mistake. So don't take the chance.

Leather is a pliable material, a buffer can easily rip and tear it even at low speeds. Leather will also abrade, a buffer will really mess up leather and can also shread the surface and can increase "stretch" in the leather causing it to appear uneven.. Buffers are not intended to be used on leather seats and should never be used on them.
