To start off, I was born and raised with a high speed polisher. These pictures are posted to show you that a faded 13 year odl 165,000 mile Ford taurus SHO can be buffed and polished with no swirls.

Now mind you i did not dress the tires and I still have to put a coat of sealant on it, I got lazy this weekend because there was a heat index of 100+ outside with lots of humidity.

I buffed the paint using my Makita High Speed polisher at 2200 RPM using a White 3M waffle pad and Meguires Light cut compound. Then I followed up with a clean White cutting 3M waffle pad and P&S ultracoat Polish , the followed up with the same polish and a Black soft 3M waffle pad. Then I used a coat that Eagle one Nano wax to give it a try before I do a customers car with it ( his request, sure! But the price will be a little more with no guarantee :) )

Nice work on that red sled.....I love working with the rotary for the results that it produces your car looks great!

Nice looking ride. Gotta love a bright red.

I think it was a yamaha V8 if I'm not mistaken, not 100% positive.

That was the newer models. I think they were 93-2003?

2200rpm...Isn't that a hair fast for a personal vehicle?

Any direct sun shots?

No its not fast at all, I move fast with the buffer and let the buffer do the work at those speeds. The cars was quite scratches too, so I had alot of cutting to do. I use little or no presure at those speeds.

Yes I do have a direct sunlight shot in thos one pictrue that you can see my reflection. I will take more tonight. I got my PB EX in today in the mail, and I am gogin to try it out tonight:)

What was your personal vehicle doing with scratches that required that much cutting. Been slacking a bit lately? :dnaughty

I just bought this car a few weeks ago. I quik polished it up right away, but it needed so much more attention but with a full time job, 3 kids , a house and a mobile detail business nights and weekends, I have little time for my own stuff..
