Bringing Sea Doo back to life

OK guys, I need a little help. I have a couple of Sea Doos that are 13, and 9 years old. The white gel coat is getting dull looking, and I would like to bring them up to looking decent again. Any suggestions on what to use on them. I have a cheap orbital, and a cheap rotary. What products, what types of pads, etc.

I bet you just have some oxidation and hard water staining. It might just take some good ole' fashion elbow greese.
