New BMWs have a Sun Reflective Technology in their leather.



Is it ok to use conditioner and cleaners, such as Zaino on the leather seats? Is it a reflective coating? Will some cleaners remove the reflective "coating"? What about using a Scotchguard Leather protector on the new/cleaned leather?
 
This is a new one on me. This Sun Reflective Technology would be mixed in with the coating before application to the leather or as a surface treatment applied after the finishing is done. I will ask around.
