Did a quick clean up on this BMW a little while ago. It belongs to a friend of mine, and hadn't been detailed (washed maybe 2-5 times) since he purchased it new in 2006. Surprisingly, the paint wasn't in that bad of shape. This is a daily driver that sits outside 24/7, so there was no need for major correction.
The interior was addressed first. Nothing terrible in here, just a lot of crumbs, dust, and dirt.
After a complete vacuuming, all interior panels, including the seats, were cleaned with Ultima Interior Gel cleaner. The dash, door cars, and other plastic panels were dressed with DP Interior Protectant. the leather seats and door inserts were dressed with Prima Nourish Leather Dressing. The floor mats were cleaned with Folex and extracted to remove a few stains. All the wood trim was polished and sealed with Swissvax Wood Polish.
Here are the wheels. I think it's pretty easy to tell they have not been take care of. They were removed from the vehicle to be thoroughly cleaned and sealed.
They were cleaned twice with Sonax FE to break up all the brake dust and grime. Surprisingly enough they wasn't too much baked on dust. It all came off without having to be clayed. The tires and wheels wells were cleaned with Optimum Power Clean. The tires were dressed with DP Tire Gel, and the wells were dressed with Adams Undercarriage Spray.
I didn't get a before picture of the car, but it was dirty. There wasn't much in the way of swirls. I guess if you never wash it, you can't get swirls...LMAO. There were however a few deeper scratched. These were lightly sanded then compounded with M105 and polished with M205.
Here are some of the scratched before.

The rest of the paint got hit with Optimum Poli-Seal on an Optimum Microfibre polishing pad. This added tons of gloss to the paint! To add to the protection a coat of Optimum Car Wax was applied over the Poli Seal.
