Hi everyone, we had a 2002 BMW 330i Sedan come through our doors today. This particular vehicle was scheduled for our Signature Wash and Wax with the hopes of making some intense improvements on the condition of the interior, as well as cleaning up the exterior as much as possible.
We started with the wheels as usual. As you can see these wheels had not been cleaned in quite some time. At this point we were fairly certain that there was going to be some permanent damage to these wheels from the lack of cleaning.
We liberally sprayed Car Pro IronX on them, and let it dwell for several minutes. Here it is hard at work.
After two rounds of the Iron X spray we used some of the Iron X gel to get into the tough to reach areas of the wheels. Most of the brake dust was removed, but there was some that was baked into the finish that we could not remove. There was also some other damage from what looks like a tire machine and a couple curbs on the wheels. After they were cleaned as best we could we cleaned the tires and wheel wells with Blackfire APC and dressed them with Meguiars Hyperdressing.
We also wanted to address the engine bay, so that was up next.
We used Blackfire APC and several different types of brushes to get all of the grime and dirt cleaned up, then we blew it dry with the Masterblaster. Once dry we applied two coats of Sonus Tire and Trim Kote to give it a nice satin look.
Next we moved to washing the exterior. We started with a foam cannon process to allow the soap to dwell on the surface and try to break up some of the dirt and grime.
After it was rinsed off we performed a two bucket wash with Meguiars Hyperwash. The paint and glass was then clayed with a Car Pro Clay Block using Ultima Waterless Wash as lube. Werstat AJT was applied to the paint for the protection.
The exhaust tips lacked shine and were pretty filthy so we cleaned those up next.
We used Collinite Metal Wax with 0000 steel wool to polish and protect the tips from future build up.
To finish up the exterior the trim was dressed with Car Pro PERL and the glass was cleaned with Meguiars Glass Cleaner. This is how it turned out.
Once the exterior had been sorted out, we turned our attention to the interior. It hadn't seen a deep cleaning in some time, so we had a bit of work ahead of us. We started by applying Leatherique Rejuvenator Oil to all of the seats to start deep cleaning the leather. After a few hours of working we cleaned it off with Leatherique Pristine Clean.
The dash, center console, and door cards were first cleaned with Blackfire APC and then dressed with Car Pro PERL 5:1. Finally the carpets were vacuumed, the stains were removed with a hot water extractor, and a fabric protectant was applied to all of the carpet to prevent future stains.

That about does it for this job. We were very happy with the improvement made on the interior and exterior of this vehicle, and can't wait to get it back in the shop to work on getting the paint corrected and looking its best.
