Black mark on front bumper

Was on vacation last week and came home to the dirtiest car ever, remember I have to park under a huge oak tree.

Anyway, besides the bug and sap stuff, I have a 4" black mark on the front (plastic) bumper.
I tried Bug Squash and Spray and Wash.
It's lighter but still there.

I didn't have clay with me, will that work?
What do I do?
Do I need to polish and seal again?
Is the paint protection scratched off?

I have no idea.
This was the first time I saw it.

Was busy running last minute errands and work before leaving, so was in lots of parking lots.
Could have been anything/anywhere.

You can probably remove the mark with a paint cleaner/polish.
Poorboy's Pro Polish, Klasse AIO, 4 Star UPC, Meg's #80 are some examples of what I'm referring to.
Personally, I would try the PB's PP first and then use the Meg's #80 if the PP doesn't do the job.
Just polish an area slightly larger than where the black mark is and then reapply your sealant to a slightly larger area than you polished.
