These steps worked for me until I found polymer sealants. Zaino topped with Blackfire. If not a daily driver your procedure will work. I am originally from Boston and knowing the weather there(snow, acid rain, road salt, and pollution) a sealant would be a better choice.
If you are going to use a canuaba, you might consider a pure (no cleaner type) carnuaba like P21S, Blitz, Meguiar's #26, etc for your monthly waxing and only use the Gold Class twice a year to remove old wax and polish the surface clearcoat. :wavey
