This belongs to my foreman's brother. It seems as if it was never washed/waxed since they got it :think2 Anyway, the swirling wasn't that bas as it is a fairly new truck. Anyways, heres the process

Wash w/ OCW

Clay w/ Zaino Z18 Clay

Wheels and Tires cleaned with 5:1 Hi-Temp APC

Zaino ZPC via Rotary w/ Blue pad @ 1400 RPM's

Menzerna FPII/OP 60/20 mix via Rotary w/ Blue Pad @ 1400 RPM's (Hood only)

Meguiars Glass Cleaner on all exterior and interior glass

Zaino Z5 Pro x2

Zaino Z16 Tire Shine

Vaccum interior

Zaino Z9 on interior leather/vinyl

Zaino Z10 on interior leather

303 AP on interior vinyl

And now for the pictures...

I know GM uses hard clearcoats, but how well did that ZPC work against thoughs swirls with the rotary??

I just receintly got some but haven't had a chance to use it yet. How does it stack up against Menz. IP??

Looks great btw, good job.

Thanks for the compliemnts guys =)

Unfotuntately I didn't get a chance to snap any pics of the interior. Was running a bit late so was rushing a bit.

The clear wasn't that hard actually. The first Chevy I did was with a PC and it didn't have to much of a problem correcting the defects. Performance of ZPC is on par w/ Optimum Polish. Menzerna FPII is a slight step above ZPC in terms of abrasiveness (the reason why I used it on the hood instead of ZPC).

Overall the entire process took me about 6 - 7 hours.
