Black Car - Wash between layers of SG or UPP?

Player Appreciate!
Going to prep my Audi for the winter... just want some protection and maybe a little shine on those nicer days.

I'm going to AIO and then hit it with either some SG or UPP (or maybe both)... a couples layers in the least. Herein lies the problem...

My car is black and attracts dust like a magnet, with the usual 12-24 hr curing time, my paint is certainly to gather "friends" before the next layer goes on.

While I do have S&W, I am quite leary of anything short of a quick sudsing down... is this merited, or overkill?

I have black and if I am going to layer the next day and it has just dust, then I S & W. A wash may be overkill for some and not for others.

I quite often use S&W between applications of UPP. Doesn't seem to be a problem at all, but the part of being leery of anything other than washing kind of indicated to me that you should wash the car for your peace of mind.
After you have used S&W a few times you will probably be more comfortable using it between applications.

You're going to be applying a product over top, and I would hate to have missed ANYTHING on the surface, so even I, a great S & W fan, would wash it!
After you get all those layers of protection on there, go to town with the S & W :)
