Black C5 Corvette

I headed to Dallas this past weekend and detailed a friend's C5 while I was there. It had some moderate swirling he wanted taken care of and requested that I "Zaino it." This car had more orange peel than any other GM vehicle I've done.

Process:

Wash with Zaino Z7
Clay
Poorboy's SSR 2.5 via light cutting pad and PC at 6
Menzerna PO106FF via polishing pad and PC at 5
Klasse AIO via polishing pad and PC at 5
Zaino Z5 x 2
Zaino Z8
Wolfgang tire gel on tires
Eagle One Wet in wells
Luster Pad to polish tips

Looks great, Zane! I detailed my neighbors C5 last Sunday, another orange peel nightmare...

Black Vettes always clean up nice. Any reflection shots? :)
 
The vehicle looks great!! But the transformation on those tires is amazing. I thought that they were gunmetal or painted or baked that dark color. Nice work!!!
