Black Attack: What's your approach?

I got a guy with an 04 Nissan Maxima, a nice redesign for a plain car. It is black, and has not been treated well. He wants it polished and waxed.

We've normally taken a different approach, but here is what I was planning:
Wash & Clay
SSR2.5 with medium cut foam pad
SSR2.5 pass with polish pad
Ducan Polish Glaze or Farecla G10 & polish pad (depending on need)
AIO
Klasse Sealant or EX-P (haven't decided yet)
Followed by Pinnacle Souveran next day

How is that? What do you think? I don't have SSR1, so I'll use a different polish.

I think you good with what you have but I do not think the second pass with the SSR2 and the polishing pad is needed....You have cut the surface already and taken the swirls off....then its time to polish that will also take more of the minor swirls that are left....Take your time with the SSR on the first pass threw that's the key for me in cutting the swirls....

I've not worked with Ducan Polish Glaze or Farecla but they sound like polishing products and that's what I would be following with the SSR...I'd also be using a polishing pad at this point and getting as much action with the PC as possible....Follwed up with a sealant, paste wax or both is good.
