Detailed my friends Acura RSX. Yes its actually her's. :werd: Anyways, its her birthday in a couple days, so I gave her, her present early.

Car only had 6700 km exactly on the odometer when it showed up. My god is it in bad shape. I was sort of disspppointed with the turn out to be honest. There were a couple BAD rotary swirls that I just couldn't remove, but to be honest, she will have it looking bad pretty quickly anyways.

Finally got my optimum in so...

Process:

Hyper compound via rotary and green cutting pad

Optimum Polish via rotary polishing pad

Optimum polish via PC and polishing pad

Meguires NXT via polishing pad

Dress It Right on the tires

My usual on the interior.

Wow, Opt polish sure left alot of haze.

Haze eh? :nixweiss There certainly wasn't any haze to speak of in person. Maybe its your monitor or something? The flake in the paint seems to distort the pictures around the light areas.

Edit, just looked through the pictures, and noticed that yes the front bumper was hazy. Might be because I didn't polish it due to the recent repaint. (Notice the license plate)

Looks great! I think the guy was talking about the "hazy" looking part in the third picture from the top. Maybe it's just the flakey black paint? ^_^

yea i think he ways talk about the 3,4,5 pic plus the front bumper......

it may just be camera setting or angle....

but regardless it looks great better then before...very good improvement...

how was the paint correction on the oem paint easy to correct or difficult i have a buddy with the same car and color but not in shape as you started with.....

Terrific work, Steve. :)

BTW, my birthday is next month.....

Its my birthday today :bigups

The paint it easy to deal with. Nothing major that I found wrong.

Again, that haze comment is bugging me. I can't figure out why the pictures look like there is a haze. :( I think its because all those pictures were out of focus. The one is on the matress in the back, and the other two seem to be on the rims.

It looks like your camera was focusing on the paint above the light. If you look at the pic of the rear quarter panel, the area around the light is out of focus (looks like haze), but everything above the light is focused.
