Well i have had alot of body work done to my car recently and it needed a serious detail. Polishing is mostly what it needed b/c the hazing left by the shop was horrnedous, i also had a pdr guy do some work but any way process was as follows.

Rinse

Pre soak w/ pb sss & foam gun

Rinse, then wash using pb sss

Polish w/pb ssr 2.5 & pc w/ edge green pad

Polish w/ po106ff & edge white pad

Wax w/ Pinnacle Souveran

Here are some pics. Coulda been better but i ran out of time and patience with the acura clear.

Superb Job. That is by far one of my favorite Acura colors. I detailed one recently and I just love the way the blue flake jumps out of the black paint in the sun.

Thanks for the compliments, the nbp acura paint looks good but can be tempremental at times. This was my first use of the po106ff and i must i say i was amazed, i ordered another bottle right after i used it. Zack - that's cool that you debaged the cl too, do you ever go on a-cl.com? Anyway, i would have had no idea without this site and it's posters so thanks.

acurazine.com I bought the car off a member and he dabadged it the same way. I love it an 01 CL-s with Navi same color as you with parchment interior :hifive: I'd get some Zaino on that bad boy for the winter the pinnacle looks nice but never lasts....

I love the flake in black Acura paint. It almost changes to a dark blue in certian lighting.

looks great,i love the menzerna lineup.btw i had a 2002 cl-s auto and had 2 transmissions replaced under warranty.thats the only reason i got rid of it,i loved that car.
 
AH, the glass tranny! That's too bad you got rid of it b/c that must have been a fun ride. Luckily i have no boost and it's a regular cl so....., my fingers are still crossed though but still under warranty for a while. Scott - It seems that i have a curse that every time i finish a complete detail the sky fills with clouds. I'll try n get some, but as far as the zaino, i will be storing this car for the winter so i will probably have monthly wax visits with my car and the souveran. Thanks for the compliments guys.
