Hello everyone. This is my first posting of a detail that I have done. Forgive me for not having the best shots and not having any 50/50 shots but its just that I it's time consuming and I don't have much time to play with since I do it at my customers driveway, so I have to get everything before sundown.

Wash:

First foamed with autogeeks foam gun

then washed with meguiar's gold class shampoo/conditioner

Wheels/Tires:

Griots wheel cleaner

Meguiar's Gold Class Endurance High Gloss Tire Gel

Clay:

Meguiar's mild clay

Polish:

DeWalt 849 with meguiar's yellow soft-buff and M105

Then PC 7424 with Meguiar's #9

Wax:

P21S Concours Carnauba Wax

Hope you guys like it.

Thanks for looking.:thx

Wow man!! Makes me want to go get my buffer and polish the DOOKY out of my 2003 Saab 9-3. The paint on these cars is SOOOO flat. Great job!!

Could you please give some feedback on the clearcoat.Hard?Soft?Never detailed paint from the Swedish side.Your feedback will be very helpfull in regards to my future details.Thanx

Thanks man.Great finish, paint looks really wet.Seems like a very "flat" smooth surface,no orange peel effect like other paints Ive seen.

I have a black Saab 9-5. The clearcoat is too soft, IMHO.

Two bucket hand washing with the best quality mitts and pat-down microfiber drying gives the car swirls.

What kind of drying product / technique do you use? I didn't run into this problem.

Leaf blower and pat down fluffy micro fiber.

I think the light swirling comes from a combination of washing, drying and applying product - even done properly.

I asked about this on Saab Central forum and 2003 seems to be a bad year for paint/clear on the 9-5.

I also pick up a ton of stone chips.

Still, I keep her looking pretty good.
