I decided it was time to buff up the car a bit and get rid of some swirls induced by the wonderful people at Krown and also from typical snowbrush use.
Process:
1. Wash with Optimum No-Rinse
2. Claybar with "Riccardo Clay" (its the clay you can't sell in the US.)
3. Applied Optimum Compound w/ Orange Lake Country cutting pad
4. Applied Optimum Polish w/ White Lake Country polishing pad
5. Applied Clearkote Vanilla Moose Wax Hand Glaze w/ Sonus' Green polishing pad
6. Applied Clearkote Red Moose Machine Glaze w/ Sonus' Blue Finishing pad
7. Applied Pinnacle Souveran by hand.
Befores
Afters
Don't mind the water marks, I just wiped it with some ONR to get rid of the morning dew.
I was going for that 'Darth Vader Helmet' look... deep and wet
Hopefully the sun will come out and I will be able to get some nice reflective shots.
Heres one from when I was working:
