Black 07 Camry reconditioning

A client of mine contacted me to see if I could do work on a friends car before he had to leave town (not from MI), of course I was ready.

This Camry was pretty beat up considering how new it is. The owner said the rear bumper has been repainted which was pretty obvious with all the orange peal that was in it.

Also the whole front bumper, and 1/3 of the hood had a clear bra installed, and whoever put it on decided not to polish the paint underneath before installing it.

The clear on this car was VERY hard, I went with 2 passes of 105/orange LC pad, followed by 205/white LC, and only was able to correct about 90% of the defects.

Scratches were DEEP

Very nice have you used Wolfgang's pre-wax cleaner prior to the Sealant.

TheMethod how do you like WGDGS 3.0 so far also comparing it against other sealants.

Seems like it gives a clean,clear but rounded appearance not overly sealanty look if you will.

Good luck Carticular, I found this CC to be quite hard(2 passes of m105 on orange and it still had RIDS), just a FYI.

Fantastic looking work! Excellent reflection and with the exception of those few areas that didn't want to come out (and who would ever REALLY notice them anyway ) it looks really nice. I am getting a flex soon hopefully and am looking forward to being able to do paint correction much faster than with the PC.
