I'm on a business trip, have a rental that was filthy with road film and dead bugs. Stopped at Autozone for a waterless wash and MF, but needed to start with a clean car so stopped at first car wash I found.
There was also a BMW X1 2013 in front of me.
First mats are brushed and set down on the wet dirt. Some customer mats had wet wash brushes on them. Hmmmm...double use of the mats.
Cleaned with a hand held brush, only dunked twice in soapy water.
Nothing like a good power wash.
Now where was that hose before being dragged across and around the car?
I commended her on her nice bracelets.
Now that the car is dried and clean, let's work on the bugs with APC. I tried to take a photo of her using her fingernails to remove the bugs.
And we can't forget the tires and wheel - sponge on the floor.
End result, this is what the average person cares about.
Same rag was used in this order:
1). Wipe down one side jambs
2). Wipe down interior
3). Finish other side door jambs
4). Wipe down a few spots around the car and wheels
