This hasn't happened yet but I needa know this since I'm about to wax my truck and birds are a problem around me. (Don't have a garage
)
So, what happens if I apply wax, and while I'm waiting for it to dry a bird bombs my truck?
Should I just QD it off? or wash the panel again?
Also, my bedcover seems to collect dust as soon as I'm finished washing the truck. If I put wax on it, then I image the wax will be getting covered with stuff that is floating around in the air. How worried should I be that the stuff that landed on the wax will scratch the paint when I buff it off? It there anything I can do to prevent this dirt from scratching?
