Big oops

So I may have ruined my interior last night or at least created a huge job. I left my driver side window open. Oops. Here’s some pics of the damaged trim.

You can see the factory clear flaking off the smooth plastic now too. There is even standing water in floor board carpet when put a little pressure on it.

My Ram has plastic door cards. Driving in the rain with the window cracked, I get rain splatter. To remove the spots, I use Meguiars high shine interior spray. Spots never remain. What do you plan on using?
