Best WAUD?

Just curious on peoples experiences on wax as u dry products. I have been looking at the Eagle One, Meg's, and Mother's FX waud's to use on the wife's car since it gets less attention than mine and I want something simple to keep it protected. Something that is easy to apply, won't stain trim, etc.

Any experiences appreciated. Ability to use in the sun a definite plus but not required.

Do a search on Dura Gloss Aqua Wax.

It's a product than can be used as a WAUD or by regular application.
I have been using it for a while, but not as a WAUD product. Used as a spray wax, it seems to do a good job. I don't notice it staining trim, but I usually can avoid getting product on the trim on our vehicles. Since I don't have to work in the sun, I can't comment on how it would work under those conditions. Not expensive, available OTC or on-line. I liked it enough to buy a gallon. :)

Technically AW is a SAUD (seal as you dry)
Prima hydro gets my vote and stands alone as the best WAUD
Longest lasting, removes ultra fine marks and hides any others
 
I'd go with Poorboy's Super Slick and Wax for washing. Otherwise, dry the car and use a nice spray wax like Poorboy's QW+ or Optimum Car Wax.
 
I've used both AquaWax and Eagle One's Wax-As-You-Dry. Both of these products has delivered very acceptable results though I feel they need to be reapplied at every wash. Good "in between full detail" products.
 
Thanks for the replies guys. If I didn't just buy a gallon size of Meg's Gold Car Wash a month ago, I wold definitely try out PB's SS&W. I still have some QD+, and tried that once as I was drying. Didn't work too bad, but I am almost out. I think I might look for the Dura Gloss, or get Eagle One to try out. Just looking for something to add a little wax at the washing since I don't polish and wax the wife's car as often as mine.
 
I use Aquawax alot..and found it works best doing it on dry paint...I used it a few times as a WAUD product and did not care for it that way...seemed to dilute it to much and the effects were not as nice as doing it on dry paint...it only takes 10 minutes to do after the car is dry...and the results are much better...and last longer..

Totally agree with you AL. Dry use by towel or foam buff pad (hand) achieves brilliant results
