Best Product

Not necessarily the "best", but two that impressed me the most.

"Best" is very subjective, however, these two got this old man's attention.

3D Uno and 3D Polish

Both exceeded my expectations for the jobs I used them on.

Grumpy

Product - Nanoskin Prep Towel/pad (Huge time saver and no more cramped fingers)

Tool - Rupes LHR21E (Don't think I need to list why on this one) ;)

That's tough.

"Best" could be different from "best group of products for a company" or "most often used product" or "most unexpected instance of high performance."

I think my best, unfailing products always come down to Optimum, overall.

I will say "Power Clean."

Just kills it when doing tires, and has tons of other uses. Just effective stuff.

I'm just a hobbyist guy though, so I'm not going through gallons of anything.

Existing product would have to be ONRv3 (even though it was reformulated this year), wash, clay, clean glass, wipe down interiors, it can clean carpets and upholstery, headliners. Its the most "do all" product I have.

New Products would be:

3D HD Polish. It has about the same cut as OHP but finishes down better on soft paints.

Runner up: ONR Wash and Wax. Everything I love about ONR plus wax.

This is a tough one, I've used alot of products this year I haven't used in the past that I really love. To pick one I would have to say Optimum GPS for doing one-steps. Easy to use, looks great and the protection lasts alot longer than any other one-step product I've used.

I had a $10 off coupon for Pep Boys, so I bought 3M's polishing kit (cost me $40). I needed some new pads anyway, so I figured what the heck. The kit includes three inset pads (yellow cut, blue polish and a white final) and three 8oz. liquids (a compound, a swirl remover/gloss restorer and a sealant, plus an abrasive pad for spot sanding deep scratches). I tried the kit the other day and was pleasantly surprised, everything worked as advertised on the box. The pads worked well and stayed together, the polishes had good work time and did what they were supposed to do (no dusting, either). I got the marring/scratches out of my hood (courtesy of the dealership's "detailers", I guess) and the finish looks great/feels smooth. Had some rain a few days after and the sealant beads very well. Nice product for the weekend detailer.

I guess my favorite products are ONR v3, Opti-Coat, HD Polish.

It's so hard to pick just one. These stand out above the rest and made a difference in my personal vehicles more than the others. I haven't used Polish on my personal vehicles because they're all OC'd, but it has been phenomenal on other cars I've detailed.

My overall favorite company is Optimum. OC, Opti-seal, OCW, ONR, etc. Every product I have tried from them is the best of that category for me. I haven't tried any of their polishes yet and I doubt I will because I still have plenty of 205 and my favorite, HD Polish

My new Dewalt 849x rotary arrives Saturday so hopefully that will be my new favorite tool!

Best new product this year. Carpro Dlux. There are many that are close, but I feel this is the best new product I've seen this year.

Most used, onr without a doubt.

ONRv3, Megs Ultimate Wax (I think that came out at the end of last year though) and HD Polish. Couldn't pick just one!

The best traditional car shampoo I've used, evar !!

I love HD Polish, but I never really tested many polishes aside from M205, so although I love it, it wasn't a "game changer" for me personally.

The product that blew my mind and negated a lot of cleaners for me was OPC.

Good-bye APC, Degreaser, Folex... 1 cleaner 4 different dilutions, done. Which reminds me, my last bottle fell off the shelf and busted 2 days ago, I have to order some more!
