Best product to use on yellow car to remove swirls that AIO wont take out?

Well, since AIO won't take out swirls at all I would say that just about everything else is better. Meguiar's #9 is a good one if you are working by hand. Swirls are very difficult to remove by hand if you don't have a machine. #9 has more fillers in it than anything else so its not going to entirely remove the swirls.

If it must be done by hand, then I would try 1Z Paint Polish or 1Z Ultra Paint Polish. They're very easy to use and do an excellent job of removing light swirls. Although I do just about everything by machine, I was amazed at how effective 1Z was even when applied by hand.

03WRXMA- I've done a few spots on my WRX by hand just to see how the products would work on it. 3M's PI-III MG (pn 05937) works well, as does the 1Z Paint Polish (green can). *I* wouldn't try the 1Z Ultra without following up with something milder (like the Paint Polish); for me, it left a little marring (which the Paint Polish took out). As Intermezzo said, the 1Z polishes are very user-friendly.

Some Subaru colors are softer/harder than others, and I haven't tried anything on the yellow. I'd *GUESS* that your color is one of the softer ones. You know, err on the side of caution.

personally I've only seen swirls removed by use of PC.

Hiding swirls can be attained through Zaino's z5 or a comparable polymer.

Does anyone know how is 1Z compare to Meguiar's Scratch X in terms of abrasiveness?
