Dash/Vinyl: 1Z Cockpit Premium to clean and 303 protectant for dressing. You HAVE to wipe the 303 off or it looks too glossy. 303 add really good UV protection which is critical when it's exposed to strong sun. The 1Z also has it, smells very clean and leaves a very matte finish and it can be used alone, but I like adding the 303 to darken it and as long as it's wiped off, it will be matte as well. Leave it one w/o wiping and you get more gloss. 303 also works very well in the engine bay as well!
Leather: Cleaning, your best is good ol' Woolite! Mix 6:1 (6 parts distilled water & 1 part Woolite). Most new leather is treated with a clear protectant and the fastest/easiest way to clean is the Woolite mix in a spray bottle and use a horse-hair brush. Wipe off and now you're ready to dress the leather.
Since my Lexus SC430 is Ecru (damn close to cream-white) I clean it quite often, more so when the tops down. The Woolite works the best, is cheap and is what most owners manual call for (wool type cleaner).
Leather dressing: So far, Zaino Z10 is the closest thing to the natural smell of leather I've come accross. I also have the 1Z Lederpfledge as well as others, but still go back to Zaino's Z-10. As it says "Leather in a bottle" and they are right on that!
Unless your leather is not coated, as older English cars are, then you can go with Leatherique for cleaning and conditioning.
