Serwaxalot here,
I bought a new '05 Toyota Tacoma (color: black sand pearl ) late October '04. Being the detailing freak that I am, I drove it off the lot and bonded with my new bundle of joy by treating her to a wash/Klasse Twins/P21S "massage". Back in January, I repeated the process. It's now April and I plan on stripping her and making the switch to Zaino. ( the Z8's available now!! ) My questions for the " Autopia Nation " are as follows:
(1) My black truck has some slight micro-marring (very slight) on the hood. I was thinking of buying some SSR1. Would this be the right polish to use by hand before the Zaino system?
(2) Does anyone see the need to use the P21S cleanser before the SSR1?
(3) Should I use the Z5 after prepping (wash,clay, wash w/Z7,P21S cleanser,SSR1) or should I go straight to the Z2 pro after Prepwork?
I've used the Klasse Twins/P21S combo for years but I'm intrigued by the "Power of the Z".
