I have been using my Big Blue Drying Towel for the past 3-4 years now and have loved it but its worn out and its time for a new one. What should I replace it with? What is the new ultimate drying towel and where should I get it?

What is everyone using?

Thanks for the help

Frank

I have a coupe of Big Blue and a couple of Exceldetail WW MF towels and have to say that I like the Exceldetail towels better. For me they absorb more water than the Big Blue

I have two Big Blues. Meguiar's new Water Magnet works just as well and is a lot less expensive -- $8.99

Will meguiars Water magnet, induce ANY type of marring??

Is it a WW??

Manytimes, manufacturers claim that their products so not damage but that claim is often false.

The Meguiar's Water Magnet is as good as claimed -- waffleweave, very absorbent and no marring.

I've been testing and reviewing most of Mequiar's new Gold Class line of accessories and the new NXT products on my black Hemi and on my wife's silver Tocoma. It's all really good stuff, inexpensive and if it is not already available locally it should be soon. The only product that I'm avoiding is Insane Shine Tire Spray. Put simply, I just don't like wet look tires on my vehicles -- never have, never will. Real 4X4's don't have shiny tires. :D

I agree, very good towel I have found it to work very well on my black truck.

The best IMO is the 25" x 36" WW towel from Pakshak. I have a few of these as well as some of the big blue ones from autogeek.net. The ones from Pakshak are wayyy better! Awesome towels. I use 1 towel per car and NEVER have to wring it out. Ever. Buy one and you will see the difference!

I picked two of them up and love them I would have gotten the others ones list but when i can drive 2 miles and get what i want.. you can see what wins

my favorite is the blue viking mf drying towel, and i prefer it over the other ww's i have (cobra, megs, etc..)

Pakshak 25" x 36" blue WW for me as well. Ask Ranney about Autopian discount and the price becomes pretty reasonable for such a great towel.

I like the large blue "Wal-Mart" towels for a fast soak up and flop them down like a big blotter, two usually enough, no rubbing to speak of, and save the PAK-SHAK for the final dry step that requires a delicate touch.
