Best Deal on Porter Cable 7424

Hi. I am a real noob when it comes to machine polishing and buffing. I think that the Porter Cable 7424 is the best polisher for a newbie like me, am I right?



The cheapest I have seen this for is $119. Does anyone know a better place where I could get it?



I guess this polisher doesnt come with a velcro backing plate. Does anyone know where I could get one of those as well.



And can someone tell me the difference between these two polishers on properautocare.com? -
