best color pad for metal polishing?

So i have a little bit beat up orange 4" pad and was wondering if it would be good to use with a metal polish on my SS exhaust pipes and Tips.

Yeah should be good! Or get something like the Meguiar's Dynacone Attachment and use that

If they're a little beat up a 0000 steel wool pad would do a great job as well.

Orange pads work well for light polishing on harder metals.

I use the Purple Foamed Wool pads and they are the best by far I have found for metal polishing (like your tips)

But when they are dirty there is nothing like a little #0000 Steel Wool like mentioned above here's my steps when I cleaned up the tips on my truck
