Best Car Wash in a Gallon?

I'm surprised nobody said Gold Class for $10 gal and availbly readily OTC (Target). I like it, but I've only tried 4 or 5 different soaps.

Optimum No Rinse if you want a QEW style wash that leaves the paint pretty slick.

I pay $4.99 for Kit Carnauba Wash in the gallon size at Pep Boys. Really nice OTC wash.

has anyone used the turtle wax platinum series (green) car wash? i've seen a few mobile detailers who were carrying it and one who swore by it.

Prima Mystique Auto Wash. http://www.detailersparadise.com/View.asp?ProductID=1011262005436452-691513519661

Although it is $44.95/gal, you did say the best. Supposedly it is similar to the 1Z Perls, althogh I've never used it, but the DP Mystique is the most lubricious, well sheeting wash I have ever used. It is the first boutique shampoo that I could actually justify the cost due to the final gloss enhancement and minimized water spotting. It almost makes my car look like it has already been quick detailed without the added time of pulling out the qd or a spray booster wax. :2thumbs:

I haven't tried Optimum's wash, so can't speak on it.

But my personal current faves are Autoint Neutraliser

and the original QEW.

A gallon of Poorboy's Super Slick & Suds would be nice, if a bit more expensive than Bubble Bath, the one soap I have not tried. :(
