Before using pads

do i have to spray some water onto the pads in order to loose the pads a little bit before using them?

or i dont need to?

Some products work better when lubricated. Others don't. I personally don't ever lubricate my pads.
 
Depends on the product for me. If I'm using something very thin like AIO, I'll spray a tiny bit of non-silicone qd on the pad to slow the absorption of the product. With thicker products, I don't use anything. You may find that water doesn't mix well with some products--it causes some polishes to flash too quickly.
