Basics of Paint Care

I would like to know what would be the best products to use on my truck, I have a 2001 Black Dodge Ram Sport, that is never in covered parking, I also get lots of bugs and road tar on the front end, because I make frequent trips between Dallas and College Station,TX. Also what is the best way to get the bugs and stuff off? I have a basic knowledge of detailing because I worked as a car washer at a car dealer during high school.

360RamGuy01- Welcome to Autopia. A quick answer about the bugs, etc.- *I* use clay to take them off while washing. There must be a dozen posts about this, so a search for it should be pretty easy.
