Barn Find

Wonder what they were bought for. I can't see anyone ever thinking a neon would be worth something.

It would be pretty cool to pick one up and rag on it. Then I would look like all the others around here

That's what Im thinking. Paint one up like the General Lee and give my buddies yard jobs in it at 2am lol.

I wonder if they all have titles?

Shipping on one of those things is going to be at least a couple grand. 3,000 for a neon that needs new battery, fluid and flushed lines??? I'd rather buy a bike

We have had 3 Neons (98,00,02) in the family, I owned the 02. Will never own one again, I'll walk before buying/driving another one. One of the biggest POS on the market

Thats how I feel about Cavaliers. I was so mad when my wife brought one home, and after owning it for 2 years, she understood why. We hit a small pot hole one time and the dash cracked from one side to the other. Soon after, 3 of the 4 window motors went out (drivers window was down), dash lights stopped working, and the trunk would pop for no reason. Pretty interesting to come out of Wal Mart to find your trunk open in the parking lot. Honestly I hoped someone would steal it but they never did. I guess they didnt want a pos either :(

Window motors going out is a GM signature. The 4th gen fbodies have that problem all the time. I hear the same complaint about other models too. As much fun as I've had with mine for 9 years I notice a lot of poor quality for a $30k car. The newer cars seem better made but I assume it was out of necessity rather than desire.

With 150 same make and model I'm also thinking of some great practical jokes in drive thrus, traffic, mechanical shops and parking lots.
