Banners!

Had a banner made up for when I'm doing work on cars, and for car shows. Only paid $60, and just having it out during one detail, gained me 2 appointments! It already paid for itself! :spot

here it is :)

Where I live, the contractors who do work on people's homes always have a sign in the yard. If the work they are doing is looking good, I do take note of who the contractor is.

So, IMHO, the banner is a good idea. It is inexpensive advertising, and, it seems to have already paid for itself.

Very nice! I was thinking of having an A-frame sign done that I can put out while working. Might cut down on the "so, you do detailing?" and "so you actually come out to the cars?" questions that seem to constantly interupt me.

I HAVE A A-FRAME SIGN THAT I HANG & CLEAN FLOOR MATS ON.

:idea

SIGNS SIGNS EVERY WARE A SIGN DO THIS DONT DO------------

This year we added a 12X8 ezup canopy with a banner and I swear 100% of people driving by look at it. The cost of both the tent and the banner has been paid off 5X in 2 months already. If you have the money, go for it.

That's exactly what I wanted to do - the stickers on my truck have made a huge difference in that people are comfortable approaching me, as it's clear I am a professional. However, I started offering wash-only services at a business complex and was thinking an A-frame sight would be the ticket. Good call.
