Bad Mildew on Vinyl

Thanks in advance to the people who offer up some advice w/o telling me to do a search:chuckle:



I need some help getting bad years baked on black mildew/mold on some boat vinyl. Is there anything I can use to wipe on and easy off, or is this stuff a major PITA no matter what? Has anyone used a solvent on Vinyl, bad idea? thanks again...

I have always used (atleast for the past year) the Clorox bleach pen. Use the brush side and rub it on pretty good. Leave it for a few minutes and then rinse off very well and wipe dry. It gets rid of it very well.

bathroom cleaners with mildew removers like tilex and scrubbing bubbles....the bleach pens tend to burn the fabric an leave yellow spots...
