I ordered 12 DF towels which I picked up today. To my horror when I opened the package, there were only 7 towels in the envelope (and no, it had not been opened). I immediately emailed Leo and to my surprise, quickly got a call back from him (it was 8pm). He was sincerely apologetic and is shipping me out the replacements asap along with a coupon. I know mistakes can happen, it's how the company deals with them that earns their reputation. Needless to say, I was very impressed with Leo!
