AutoInt/Valugard Custom Wheel Cleaner???

Has anyone used the Custom Wheel Cleaner from Automotive International (www.autoint.com)? Here is the product description:

Designed specifically for today's

factory clear coated wheels

Custom Wheel will not cause

coatings to peel or degrade.

It's non hydrofluoric,high

foaming formula provides extra

vertical cling,allowing it to work

longer. Safe for all wheel,

painted and coated wheels, it

& removes brake dust and road grime.

Everything I have tried from them has been a good, no-nonsense product. I think I'll try it out and of course provide a review with pics.

Yup. I just used it yesterday in fact. It does a very good job. If you need to buy a wheel cleaner in bulk then I would recommend them. If you just need to buy it once then get Eagle One A2Z in the orange bottle. I'd say these two wheel cleaners are pretty equal.

Oh, good. I used Eagle One A2Z in the orange bottle last week with great results. Now I'll use my Meg. APC+ 4:1 or 12:1 on my pretty clean wheels, and the EO A2Z on the nastier ones I somtimes have to deal with.

Just to clarify Jngr, would you say it is definitely not worth the extra couple bucks for the AutoInt cleaner over the A2Z.

Thanks for the help.

I have used it, it's pretty good stuff. It's very much a no frills product that does the job well. However I agree with Tony, unless you are buying in bulk for professional use it's probably not worth it.

If you have access to A2Z then I would go with it. If you need to buy it in mass amounts for a business then I would get the Valuguard. They are basicly going to do an equal job. The difference will be in the $$ when you start adding up how much you use it. If you are going to be doing 4 or 5 cars a day then I would get the Valuguard. If its just your own cars you are worried about then A2Z should be dandy. :bigups
