Im looking to place a good size order, running low on some items. Where else are you guys getting your supplies from. I just called auto geek to see if they could match the discount at properautocare.com and that bobby guy made it seem as though I was trying to be shady. He was asking me to make sure they offered the 5.5 pads and it turned out they (properautocare) only has 5.25 which I had no idea. All I see is there (properautocare) homepage has a 15% off coupon and I call up autogeek since I like ordering from them (not anymore) to see if they will match it. Anyways im basically just trying to find someone else who has things like megs 105 205, optimum no rinse (gallon), lake country pads, optimum polish 2, edge 2k wool pads can think of what else I need right now. Ill see what properautocare can give me. Any other fav online sellers?

I never had any problems with autogeek, they have always been more then professional and very nice. This is actually shocking.

That is surprising!! If you ever have a issue talk to Meghan at AG. I have pricematched a lot. They even gave me store credit on a order I place, then found it cheaper.

Totally wrong. (CMA)Proper Auto Care's LC pads are 5.5 inch. I don't know why this bobby guy would say that? The thing I like about PAC is that all their guys are Pros detailers, not just salespeople. Rest assured that they will give you the truth, not just some flub to inflate their sales numbers. They eat, breathe and sleep detailing. Plus, they are the only ones who offer a Constant Pressure pad design which I think is far superior over basic pads. Join their forum and they'll take 10% off too. Good luck.

Another vote for Detailed Image here, they have all the things you mentioned. I've purchased from Proper Auto Care and ADS in the past also, can't go wrong with any of 'em.

Bobby seems to be just a salesman, he wasn't much help to me neither the last time I called looking for pads.

ok so it wasn't just me that had a rough time with him. I was shocked myself, i've had nothing but good experiences placing orders in the past froim ag.

No offense, but if you've had good dealings with AG in the past and just one "off" dealing, and you're scrubbing them off your list of providers, it sounds to me like you're the one jumping the gun here...

Calm down, breath a little and talk to someone else at AG and you'll get taken care of. You're being a little over-dramatic about this as, based on your description of the conversation, Bobby wasn't being rude, just asking that you make sure it's and Apples and Apples product that you're asking for a price-match on and not a different product all-together.

With any business all it takes is one bad experience to sour any previous good ones.

In reply to adrock, your right to a certain extent. I could understand he was trying to make sure it was the same item, I was mostly offended by the way he approached me about it. I didn't mention everything that he said in our conversation because I just didn't have the time. I dont feel you should ever approach a customer with the attitude he displayed toward me. Im definitely open to giving them another shot seeing as how prompt jason was to adress the problem.

Autogeek has some decent sales, seemingly bi-monthly. Why not just wait til they had one, that way you don't have to go thru all the "can u match this" lingo.

Don't let one bad experience ruin a good relationship with a vendor. I'm sure he'll be getting an attitude re-adjustment soon :D
