No, but I have used Rain-X Xtreme Clean, which seems comparable, and it worked quite well at the same things the Permatex glass stripper advertises, it's now my go-to product for stripping old applications of Rain-X and etc. and general heavy duty glass cleaning. I used it with a PC and a wool pad even though it says not to, seemed to work well.
