I have history with this car. I used to do maintenance washes all the time for the original owner. Now there is another owner and my name was carried over. He called about some shingles that fell on the car after a roofing accident at his apartment. We looked at the damage and agreed to wetsand some scratches on the roof and then do a Level 2 Polish for the rest of the car. I told him about Finest and he said "LETS DO IT"! So after trying for 2 months to schedule the car, we detailed it this last week and it leaves on Monday. Although I used to just wash the car before, this thing was never polished. The paint was pretty knackered, haze and swirls were pretty prominent as well as deep scratches which sucks since its such a great car. The polishing was carried out with a Spider pad/LHR21/S3 Gold, followed up with HD Polish and yellow Rupes. Since the paint is so hard on this car it finished down awesome. Eraser was used after each panel was polished and then once more once the car was complete. Cquartz Finest was then applied to paint, wheels and trim. I took her outside since we finally had some nice weather and let the paint bake in the sun for a while. I will hit it with Reload right before he picks it up Monday.
