Hi all,

I'm doing my clients cousin's car this time.

Audi A1 2012 model.

Never get paint protection from dealership which is great.

Car never get look after, rarely wash. So contamination are a lot.

Paint is still factory, 130-160 microns. And as Dan says, Audi paint is hard, so this one rock solid.

My steps are:

1. Wash, soaked-foamed with Armor all heavy duty. 2BM with bilt hamber shampoo. Wheels cleaned with CG wheel and rim cleaner and also wheel arches.

2. Clay bar, HD final touch, paint inspection.

3. Rupes LHR21E, Hexlogic orange pad, HD Cut primed with HD Final touch(works super great on audi paint).

4. C900, 4inch pads for tighter areas with HD cut and DA301 to remove haze.

5. Wash again only foamed though with Armor all heavy duty.

6. Dry, ozito blow and vac.

7. Blackfire wet diamond, Zaino Z6 for final inspection.

8. Tyres got zaino Z16.

9. Rain X for windows.

Took me 8 hours from start from finish.

Thanks guys for the comments.

That wash mitt was used before and I forgot to wash it on my laundry.

Of course I'm using new wash mitt, I have few of them. Don't want to scratch my clients car.
